you can calculate following
for example communication expenses
1st quarter 2dn qar 3rd qar 4th qar total
2000 8000 4000 16000 30000
so per annm.exp. Rs. 30000/- you can take inthat 20%
Rs.6000/- now you have to calculate fbt rs.6000/-*33.99% and
travelling and conveyance exp. per annm 36000/- take 5%
same aove then 33.99 fbt will come then you pay
erg.
