Can we use HRC fuse inplace of semi conductor fuse ? What
are difference between them?

no ,semiconductor fuses are fast acting used for switching
devices such as transistors,IGBT,thyristors in order to
protect them.The rupture time is in msec .HRC fuses rupture
time is more and the current for rupturing is also high
making it suitable for motors/resistive loads
