there are different forms of business organisation thr are;
1.propritership
2.partnershp firm
3.joint stock company
a.public company
b.private company
1.propritership: this type of business is run by single
person. he is only invester and he only bear all profit and
loss .
2.partnershp firm: this type of business run by two r more
person .t.e,min 2 & max 20.who carries ths business called
partner , they r the investor & thy only bear all profits
and loss.
public company: is run by the government and holding more
than 51% share capital of the company.
private company: is under control of individual r private
people.

Clearly, selling shares at the present low price would harm Decent’s existing shareholders. Will they also lose if convertible bonds are issued? If they do lose in this case, is the loss more or less than it would be if common stock is issued? Now suppose that investors forecast earnings accurately, but still under value the stock because they overestimate Decent’s actual business risk.
