I'm a team lead at a call center and there are two other
team leads who share the same floor.
where do u stand as a team lead when compared to other two?

Well,this is a very good and tough question because in a
position like team leader I should always want myself to be
on the top.Wherein when i am at the top position,I should
also enhance my skills to oher a laders to give a strong
compitition,thats what a team leader is.Thank you
