it includes quality policy,objective,qms scope,documented
procedure.
Tier 2 : ISO 9001:2000 High level documents
it includes sops,quality plan ,manuals etc.
Tier 3 :ISO 9001:2000 LOWER LEVEL PROCEDURAL DOCUMENTS
WI,WALL REFERENCE CHARTS ,ISTRUCTIONS
Tier 4 : ISO 9001:2000 LOVER LEVEL FORMATED DOCUMENTS
IT INCLUDES SPECIFICATION SHEETS,DATA SHEETS ETC.
