customer service is a thing which a cce has to do frm his
depth of his heart..... customer gets the info .
in this case 2 ans are there.
1.satisfied=business will develop..
2.not satisfied=this unhappy customer makes bad propaganda
regarding good..
.a cce job is not to giving info ..but acquiring cust
satisfaction..
