A coworker continually gossips about others. How would you
handle it?

gossips r evry where the best way is to avoid them if the
things r going well until it is harmless.if i find them
harmful for me or someone else i will simply make a request
to the person if it is not solved then i'l try to explain
the what will happen due to these kind of gossips.if after
all these the person repeats this kind of behaviour i'l make
a stren worning. if the gossips r by so many people its
better way to avoid them
