What is VTP?

Answer Posted / mohammad khalil

As networks grow in size and complexity, centralized
management of the VLAN structure becomes crucial. VLAN

that provides a method for the distribution and management
of the VLAN database from a centralized server in a network
segment. Routers do not forward VTP updates.
