The basic difference between both of them is electronics
deal with small voltage(Eg. +5V, -5V, +12V, -12V)....and
electrical deal with large voltage(Eg. 220V, 240V)

Instead of specifying SETUP and HOLD time, can we just specify a SETUP time for '1' and a SETUP time for '0'?
