ETHICS is mandatory 4 each n evry 1 co. if v follow properly dn once day v cud at highest peak. n innovtn also regardng ideas. its gaenertng time to time n manipulation.
v shud knw our weaknes n research 4 ds aftr dt wt cud a substitutn 2 solve ds..employees effort is very impt.4 a co. so top mgt shud be vry careful abt dt..if overal mgt wud b satisfy to al those work which surroundng to us dn v wl get wt v want..
