pt is the pottential transformer which uesd for measurement
of voltage as well as control supply also.the high voltage
can not be measure directily , e.g. incomer voltage is 132
kv so we put the bus pt of 132kv/1.732/110 volt /1.732 for
6.6 kv voltage measurement . the voltage of primarry and
seconderry may be vary acordingly.gernelly the seconderry
of pt voltage is 110 volt or 220 volt AC. so seconderry
voltage can be used measurement as well as protection.
