can you give main difference between ELCB And RCCB?
Answer Posted / manas
ELCB-- earth leakeage circuit breker
RCCB-- residual current circuit breaker
MCB -- minuate circuit breaker
ELCB-- for earth leakage protection
RCCB-- residual current protection
MCB-- overload protection
ELCB
when leakage of current from phase to earth occurs than
it operate
RCCB
it operate when there is a difference of current between
two phase.
MCB
it operate when there is a overload occures
practically
RCCB=ELCB+MCB
