In what sort of company do you like to work in? Why?
Answer Posted / kim
Most working individuals expect to work with and for a
company that has integrity and is known for treating its
employees with respect, recognizing their strengths and
fosters development of other qualities that benefit both the
individual and the company. And the only way that can
happen is if the quality of the individuals already in place
are above reproach and not feeling threatened by any "new
blood" that joins the team but instead welcomes them with
open arms and a commitment to mutual growth and success.
