hi..i am gurinderjit singh my visa application is two time
refused.i don't know the reason . now i am going 3rd time.
give me any ideas how to face them ? how much visa surity
is there for me this time ?

see VO always there for giving visa. u should have
sufficient finance as per ur fees of uni and other expenses.
second ur gud GRE n TOEFL score or gud academic background.
final crack is drama means having confidence on ur face or
having gud reason to come back to india like parents here,
gud growth of job here n property having. Mostly rejecting
due to lake of finance or low score in each. hoping u r not
having like that.

My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do

I am working as a Chief Account Officer. I have over 12 years of experience in accounts and finance. I have applied for the certificate in accounting which is one year course from San Diego University for Integrative Studies. The Toefl and official transcript is not required for this certificate course but the university will be taking placement english test on arrival there. The university is issuing the I-20 and acceptance letter for F1 visa. I am having a doubt that the US consulate will reject my student visa for not showing the TOEFL score and Official Transcript.
