Check power to computer and monitor, power supply's working
on both.
Clean ram especially if have blue screen of death.
Check that hard drive / drives' are functional.
Inspect power connections to main board for damage, ( have
had a few burnt connectors ).
Remove non essential components that could be faulty and
take system back to bare bones to diagnose components.
If system works then slowly reintroduce component after
cleaning.
