I am planning to apply B1 visa.u am from India but my
parents and sister in USA.they have a green card my age is
over 21 so not able to get visa bit my immigretion fle is
been going on.So should i appy for B1 visa?is it effect on
my immigretion file.Nwhat u think is there any chance that
i get B1.

Hi! First you should be clear what is your requirement,if u
want to go for a short time & your client is inviting u or
if all expenses will be borne by the company, tyhen only
only u can apply for B1 Visa(Business Visa. And if ur
requirement is more than 90days or 3 months, u should apply
for L1 Visa, in this also company will file a petition for
u.And rest of the procedure your Immigration will team will
help u on this.

Hi, I am working for AllState India since from 1.8 years(Overall 4.8 years of experience) and I had applied for B1 visa during Jan-2014 and it got rejected coz of 214(b) section.I would like to brief about the questions that are asked during my interview. 1.Why I am travelling to USA. 2.For how many days you are travelling. *Ans*: 8 weeks (as mentioned in my invitation letter) and the purpose of travelling . 3. Interviewer felt the period is very long and cross questioned me why such a long period. *Ans* : Repeated the same reason as said above with elaboration. 4. Again cross questioned , the said schedule is only for 4 weeks and what is the schedule for remaining 4 weeks. *Ans*:Repeated the above answer. (May be here i went wrong) 5. Asked about my overall experience,Domain knowledge , took all relevant documents and come back with the rejection form. :-( Now its 9 months passed , so shall I reapply for B1 again? If so , what are the things I need to considered before re-applying? I am still working in the same company (AllState India) , but this time I am suppose to get the invitation letter just for 1 week and in April-2014 my salary also got increased(even my manager mentioned he will change the designation as well in the invitation letter). Hi - I had attended US B1 visa interview on 19th July 2017 (Wednesday) and I got "rejected". The The counselor had given the reason for 214 (B) section, I got 30 reasons for rejection after I had checked in google, Can someone help me? I will be going for the 2nd time after 6 months, Does it Okay? Is there any chances to reject 2nd time also. In my first interview they asked below the question:- 1) What is your designation (2 times) ? 2) Explain your duty of your job? 3) What is my company does in the US? 4) Where are you going in the US? 5) How many days are going to stay in the US? 6) What kind of conference meeting is it? 7) How many people are working there with your team in the US? 8) What is the purpose of the meeting? 9) What will you do once you come back from US after attending a conference meeting? *I have answered clearly to all above questions. I have all the documents and call letter from USA and my company provide me all the expanses. My application was rejected without any reason. I asked others for the reason they say you never visit any country before so are are rejected. It is true ? Hi, I have applied the form for US visa. In this form i applied for a business visit visa(B1/B2). Although when i went to schedule the interview date the clas type B1/B2 falls under 2 categories(purpose of travel)i.e Business and Tourist. I cannot manage to get an interview date with Business but i can through Tourist(B1/B2) class visa. Can i go ahead an schedule an appointment through this way
