IS 2062 pertains to weldable structural steel - it has
replaced IS 226 in 1984. It is mild steel in composition in
grades A,/B,/C, carbon % varies between 0.23/0.22/0.20
respectively, P%,S%,also varies proportionately. This being
commonly used in the market.

IS1239 pertains to mild steel, ERW Tubes for ordinary use in
water, gas, steam and air - lines. These pipes are available
in the market in light, medium, heavy constructions, with
thickness in proportion. With regard to chemical composition
there is vary little or no change, but suitable for tube
forming.

A very strange fault i cam across today,that i never experienced not studied before, i need an answer for this. Phase to phase or line to line , L1,L2 & L3, voltages are 490VAC, but if i use line to ground , its again 490 VAC. . . whats the fault and theory behind of it?
