If the load of transformer is getting more than its
rating,,,than how to overcome this problem? Suppose thee
rating of transformer is 315kva and the load is going
beyond than the rating say around load: 352kva...
Than how can we solve this problem without deducting the
load.

Dear friend,
If this thing is possible then no one will take the
required rated load equipments. Everyone will use under
rated equipments.
In your case only one thing is possible ie differentiate ur
load in three categaries 1.Important,2.Not much
important,3.Not important.
So when ever ur load goes beyond 315 kVA switch off type no
3 load categari.Only this is the solution.
