among fixed and floating exchange rates which is the best
for india? how?
Answer Posted / anjali
I think fixed exchange rate is not good for India because in
fixed exchange rate govt generally fixes a rate ie there is
need of govt intervention but at these turbulent times where
the exports are declining and no bank is lending. There is no
ECB also so at these times it is better to have floating
rate it would be also a measure to revive economy.
