IAM -- Initial address message i.e. this is the first packet
which contains calling party, called party address etc.
SAM -- subsequent Address message i.e. if the IAM length is
more than the max allowed on the network i.e 272 octates,
then the IAM will be fragmented to multiple messages, the
first one will be IAM and the subsequent messages will be SAM
