In Atomic structure, is there any chance of attracting the
electrons sorrounded by the nucleus, if it is possible can
u explain that concept?

Answer Posted / shweta

nucleus is made of proton and neutron. Proton is positively
chrged and neutron hav no charge. As electrons are
negatively charged the protons present in the nucleus
attract the elctrons surronding in their orbits. Thats the
only reason when electrons get excited they go to upper
level but after some time it returns to its original orbit.

Plot the pixel histogram( take any image) – count of values versus pixel intensity 0 to 255. You must write this from first principles – do not use the MATLAB hist command (although you may use it for comparison and checking your algorithm’s correctness). Plot the cumulative histogram. Do not use the cumsum function in MATLAB (write your own function to achieve this).
