dimension changes equaly as its lateral dimension,then what
will be its poissons ratio?

Poison's ratio can not be more than 0.5 .It is a
dimensionless quantity (1st 2 answers are wrong coz we
cannot compare length and area ) it will be the ratio of
strain in both direction. Dimensions are not written
properly so it can be approximated as 0.5
