DHCP used to assining ip dynamically. not only ip also
Default Gateway , and Prefer DNS IP also it can assin.
It can also assin perminent Ip's Using Reservation to file
servers.
also responcible for lease, means it can assign ip to
clintd for a perticluar time period.
all these process done by DORA process
