BDV-Means Breakdown voltage strength,This can used to test
for all electrical insulated items and other products like
capacitor and insulators etc.Its the withstanding capacity
at particular time when the maximum voltage is reached,its
mentioned interms of KV.for example-Transformer oil,HV
insulators,capacitors etc.
