Serviceing of all diesel engines have to be done as per OEM
instruction mannual :
1. Replacement of Filters as per schedule Hrs. Lub oil at
250 Hrs Water seprator at 500 Hrs .Air filter tobe checked
and cleaned as per your environmental condition.
For new engines / Recondition it is advisable to replace
lub oil filters within 50 - 100 Hrs .
Mainly service schedule are : 250 / 500 / 750 / 1000 / 2000
hrs. Change and replaceing POL and Consumables )
Checking fan belts valve clearance / turbo Clearances / -
4000 Hrs for CAT Engines 3414 / 3616 .

IF RPM OF PTO OF TRACTOR IS 540,torque at pto is 21kg/cm sq.& WE NEED IT TO 1800 RPM ,THROUGH GEAR ONLY FOR THAT WHAT WOULD BE ETHE GEAR STRUCTURE( I.E.NO TEETH OF BOTH GEAR ) IN ORDER TO GET 1800 RPM OUTPUT.
