'C' FORM IS ISSUED BUYER TO INTERSTATE SELLER IF HE IS
REGISTERED DEALER ANG THAT MATERIAL IS C FORM UNDER.
"F' FORM IS ISSUED AT THE TIME OF TRANSFER OF STOCK.
"H'FORM USED FOR EXPORT CERTIFICATE
