TCP uses the services of IP protocol and IP is connection
less protocol, then how TCP guarantees the delivery of
packet to the destination?

Answer Posted / radhika

Tcp is a transportlayer.its a connection oriented.while udp
is a conectionless protocal.it is a networklayer.while it
using routing protocal.
Tcp is a reliable flow of data b/w 2 hosts.
its a connection oriented.if we wnt to send data from
client to server then it can be along that connection.
When we send message from client host to server host,we
will get there unless connection fails completly.
If it gets loss of data along the way,then server will
rerequest the loss part of data to client.its completly
integrated. if server will not send rerequest(loss part of
data) to client,then we can say data delivary of packet to
destination.
if we send 2 messages from client host,then one after
another only reaches the server host.its following ordering
