i have attended h1b on 23rd of this month at chennai
consulate.VO gave me 221(g) blue form and asked me to drop
all the docs which she was ticked.my problem is i didn't
kept the copies of ds-156,157,.....i tried to download from
vfs site.but while providing the information i got invalid
mother's name even i entered it correctly.what i have to
do?how can i get these documents.please help me.

type your mother's name as one word, ie without any space
in between.

hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. H1B approved in October 2008 I got H1B Approval NoticeI-797B form which is valid from 3rd October 2008 to 21st September 2011.i still did'nt went for Visa stamping.I would like to ask few questions in this regard. 1.When is the correct time to go for stamping? 2.As i have applied from a consultancy so do i need to take any new employment offer letter from a new YYY company? 3.Presently i am working in XXX company?What should i carry from this XXX company? 4.If visa interviewer asks "If ur visa is been approved long time back then why you are coming now?"
