You should never say your relative or any other is in USA,
otherwise 90% chances are you will not get the visa.
But yes if you have applied for visitor visa, you can give
reasons like your relative were there for a short period
and thats the reason you had gone to visit US and the
relative

Hi All, I am working for a CMM level 5 company from last 1.4 years. I joined this company with the help of 2years of fake experience certificate.Now,My Present company recommend my name for H1 visa.As per my knowledge they will ask all my previous experience details at the time of visa application.
