Imagine yourself as a manger of TISCO, Jemshedpur, how will
you motivate the employees to achieve more production?
Answer Posted / jyotika.p
An employers challenge is to keep them motivated and not de-
motivate them.
As far as wanting to increase production, first,i will talk
to them as a group and discuss with them about the
goals ,counselling,a comfortable atmosphere&giving rewards .
To keep people motivated and positive, treat them with
respect and as valued team members i will also increase the
salaries because every things have become expensive now
days increasing salary will make them to work more.
Through this process TISCO will achieve more production in
less time as being myself a manager i will say that
increasing production credit goes to the employee .
I would like to say that we should take decisions with mind
but work with heart.
thank you.
