since the world is full of voliatile ascpects change is
essentialingrdient for the succe3s of the organization so
managing the changewill facilitate an individual of the org
towards getting exposed new and updated technology and
environment which vl mak the things look better so change
should be educated for the employees and the benifits what
the firm will gain vth adopting new change stratagies should
be convenyed in a motivational stream to make them
visioniers rather than puppets of resistance.
