In DBMS, has not Support Normalization Concept

But RDBMS is the Relational DBMS. So the concept of RDBMS
to be added as a 12 codd Rules. The Oracle has introduced
Codd.. So the Main Concept is Normalization Rules. After
that ACID Properties, etc.
