HR Job is a very challenging job because you deal with
people in the company. As HR head you look after the
welfare of the people and at the same time look after the
interest of the company. There must be a balanced
treatment.
When the company does not comply with the required benefits
mandated by law, the HR head must resolve this by talking
with the top management to address this issue.
When the employees are violating policies and procedures to
the detriment of the company, the HR head must taken action
on this and give sanctions.
