Due to partial discharges in cable it can't be utilized to
it's rated capacity.
As current flowing to charge cable capacitance is extra
burden on that which will make it to carry less current for
load.
To reduce this good insulation material should be use.
and this mean that if cable can its rated 100 Amp. it will
max amp 95 Amp.
