You are a team leader handling 15 staff. You know there is
data fudging happening, which is an integrity issue for the
organization but you don't have sufficient data to prove,
although You know which staff are doing it. Now, 5 team
members come to you together asking that they have heard
from the grapevine that they are suspected for playing with
critical data. How will You handle this situation
especially when 2 out of these 5 are actually the ones
doing it ??? This is a mind boggling question for an
inerview, it had me tongue tied for a moment.

if i m team leader. Mine first step will be sending
individual notice. declaring whom ever that is doing data
integrity is illegal. if you one from them then come to me
in personal. just meet in personal you wont be punish for
what u did. otherwise if u caught live . i cant help u out.
i will just handover to highest authority.

when i went to convergys then i was asked to these question? only for technical post 1. give me your introduction 2. what is ping, ms config, safe mode, last known configuration, system restore, backup, ip address and what is command prompt.....
