My student visa was rejected on 24th june.It was due to immigration file.VO thinks that i will not come back to india.I am going for bachelor's degree at pennstate under collaboration program.So if pennstate write a letter to US consulate regarding me that they are taking responsibility of me that i will return to india after my graduation.So what are my chances for visa?
Hi, i have done a post graduate course i.e MCA and applying for MS in information system at universities in USA. As i have done masters some univ waive my GRE, even though i have given GRE for which my score was low 630. My TOEFL score is 86.I have 2nd class in graduation and 2nd class in MCA.I have received I-20 from 1 univ, will the GRE score bother me at the time of visa interview?And which Questions would i prepare for before going to the interview? nd Why ur going to masters again? ineed answer for these questions plz?

Hi , I have finished by B.E in 2006 ,after that i have been working in Infosys from 2006 till date.My company has a policy where i can avail a 1.5 yrs - 2 yrs of leave. Can i tell this reason to the visa interviewer when he asks for the reason for me to come back home ..India ?? I have applied for the university last year but differed the application due to personel reasons.. in case the visa interview asks me can i tell me that " as i was in middle of some project i couldnt take up the course last year .." Hii ,, mama, I got I-20 .. In I-20 they mentioned my expenses with tuition fee and everything as $24K and my total value of GA as $27K. so I am getting excess of $3000 for one year.. Now my question is how much I have to show at the time VISA interview? My father is farmer .My father doesn’t have any liquid assets but we have lands and immovable property around------ ----- I can show my maternal uncle and aunt liquid assets around 15 lakh…and immovable assets around 50 Lakhs,, they both are doctors..what are the documents I have to show ? Is it ok if I do like this?
