Difference Between Tax Invoice and reatail Invoice ?

Tax Invoice is registered with tax department so its
include all details like TAN No., VAT / Sale Tax No. and we
can take credit of such tax which we paid. but in retail
Invoice is not any registration required so its not printed
any Tax Number,anyboday can give bill to customer.This bill
is one simple bill.Its not have any valu in Tax Department.
