Ive been in product management for 4 yrs. the first
question you need to ask is: " does this product answer
their needs?" you have to ensure that the product your
going to develop will provide solution to their needs.check
the demand for that product.Next, you source out for
possible supplier. Take note that you have to consider the
shipment, the cost, the quality and your profit in the end.
when those things are fair enough, then your ready to test
the market.compare your price with your competitor.make
sure that you offer the same specs.the only difference
between your product and theirs should only be the price.
