,why going to study in US and not my country?

FIRSTLY, I AM VERY INTERESTED IN PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE, WHICH
I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN MY COUNTRY.
SECONDLY, MOST OF THE UNIVERSITIES IN USA ARE GOING IN
PARALLEL WITH THE LATEST TECHNOLOGIES. EDUCATING MYSELF IN
THOSE TECHNOLOGIES WOULD GIVE ME BETTER OPTIONS IN FUTURE.

I DID MY PHYSICAL THERAPY BACHELOR'S DEGREE AND PLANNED TO DO MY PG IN USA AND I APPLIED AND GOT OFFER LETTER FROM AN AMERICAN UNIVERSITY. CAN ANYONE GIVE SUGGESTIONS ABOUT WHAT TYPE OF FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS CAN BE SHOWN DURING VISA INTERVIEW LIKE GOLD, LAND, HOUSE, BANK BALANCE, POLICIES....WHICH WILL BE THE BEST..PLS GIVE ME AN IDEA....WHAT THE VO WILL EXPECT???
i have applied F1 visa 8th Aug and i have been rejected i could not conveince her on transfer from 3years bachelors of environmental science to sociology and i need to reach university by 25th Aug .last interview i said for second bachelor she asked why didnt search for environmental science and environment management and wild life management is different

HELP my visa interview was on 21st dec...n i got denied reason being that my siblings are there. They are legal permanent residents who have settled there...the visa officer deined me the visa saying that i wont come back as my siblings also went on F-1 visa. I passed my 10th ( CBSE ) in 1998 ( 76% marks ).I did a Three Year Engineering Diploma in Computer Science in the period 2002 - 2005 ( 83% marks ).I did National Open School 12th Standard in 2009 - 2010 with Eng,Phy,Chem,Bio,Maths as subjects ( 84% marks ).I have Academic Gap in the period 1998 - 2002 and 2005 - 2009 as I was involved in family run small scale business.Now I plan to do Undergraduate Degree in Business in the U.S.A.I am now 28 years old.Will the Academic Gap affect my chances to get admission ?

I am currently working with well known US based MNC since last 3 years but I want to pursue my masters. I have got an admit from MST,rolla (US) for this fall semester and I am planning to appear visa interview this monthend. My doubts are, 1) What questions would VO ask me? 2)I was rejected a business visa (B1) in april '11 (first rejection) will it affect F1 visa? 3)what if F1 visa got rejected this time? can i reapply immediately? 4)what are the rules if US visa got rejected twice? Someone please help me. I am pretty much concerned about VISA.

Please i would like to know ,incase you are refused F1 visa ,how long can it take to reply for another ? Or when refused of visa how long must you go for another interview?
I did sen.sec in medical after that i did two computer diplomas please tell me what questions they may ask me?
I have got an I-20. But due to some paper problem i am not able to take an interview date for M1 us visa and my i20 is going to expire on 27th July (before i have to report). What should i do now. It will take time to complete my paper work. Should i get new i20 or is there any way to extend it?
