hi. this is sumeer.ihave my visa rejected due to answering him the different one for the concerned question which he raised to me.
I'm a Nepali student? I want to go to US for further study? I'm from Nepal. My Uncle i.e. father's friend is gonna sponser me. He is rich enough to pay for me? I this condition how I should head to the consulate? What questions may be asked? What i should reply?

Hi all, my F-1 visa request was rejected two years ago (December 2008) and now I will try for the second and last time on January 7,2011. Previously my brother, who lives in the U.S.A, was my sponsor but this time I'm self sponsored and changed my university. Last time the VO said "You are going to work with your brother" and rejected my visa. So the possible questions for my visa will be as follows and please give me some possible answers. Thank you! Dear Friends. I hv a valid F1 visa till 2012. Due to family emergency I came to India in Feb 2010 and I am still in India.
