i have 6 years of experience in both Sales and Customer
Operations fields, and while performing in the trade line
support department i enhanced the activation process and
minimized the AHT (average handling time) from 45 minutes
to 20 minutes where we gained very good customer
experience, minimized cost (per agent/hour) and also
minimized paper work.
