yeah as you said that it is a fastest growing industry it
would be helpful for my career to learn
to interact with customers. There is great opportunity in a
BPO to understand business processes. How businesses
operate and what sort of issues they face. I am keen to
learn to work in a team . i feel myself to be eligible for
this job and industry
