Difference between stress & pressure

Stress and pressure have slight difference although they
have the same formula for calculation, when the force is
applied to a body and the movement of body is fixed or
coinstraint stress comes into picture such that the force
generated is internal and when the body is not coinstraint
pressure comes into effect.
