I am B.Tech student.presently i am working as a faculty.but
i am not interested on that side.Actually i did SAP-ABAP.But
i want to do any software or call center job.while attending
interviews in BPO's they are asking why you came to bpo by
leaving software.

It is stiff to understand that why u are not interested
about the stream u came from. And if u are not interested
then why did u do A.B.A.P. Well u have made ur mind that u
wanna do call center job. If they ask the question u
mentioned, u can say that i love to speak to people. And I
believe call center will provide me such opportunities.
There I can communicate with lots of different people of
different mentality, different ability which will help me to
mold up into a better personality in none to the distant
future. Besides as I have software background, I can
establish myself as a technical support in a call center.
Another think u can do is that u will not mention ur
software details in ur CV. Best of luck. For more
information u can mail me.
