IN PARALLEL AND THEN DISCHARGING THEM IN SERIES.

IT IS USED WHEN VOLT. REQD FOR TESTING IS HIGHER THAN THE
AVAILABLE.
BUT CANNOT USE ABOVE 200KV THE SYSTEM BECOMES BULKY AND
EXPENSIVE.
