HII I AM A DOCTOR... AND I INTENDED TO GO TO US FOR APPEARING FOR MY USMLE ENTRANCE EXAMS... MY VISITORS VISA WAS REJECTED TWICE BECAUSE I FUMBLED WITH MY FINANCES..... LATER I APPLIED FOR STUDENT VISA THROUGH KAPLAN WHICH WAS FOR PREPARATORY COURSE FOR USMLE STEP 3... THE MAIN COURSE WAS FOR 4 MONTHS AND AN I20 WAS ISSUED FOR 9MONTHS... BUT MY VISA WAS REJECTED AGAIN.... NOW I INTEND TO TRAVEL ON A H4 VISA... WEN I GET MARRIED SOON... WILLL MY PREVIOUS REJECTIONS AFFECT THIS...?
i'm going to apply for H VISA my hubby's resi add in VISA is our old add which he has not updated but mine is new add will there be any probs in interview i have our current resi agreement copy

Hi im 74 yrs old, recently bereaved of my husband, i have never visited the US. My Son is a US citizen through the lucky draw and my daughter is married to a US citizen for over 15years.
