Defect Metrics will have summarizes the review defects by:
• Type and Severity
• Origin vs. Discovery
Also summarizes number of issues and actions and size
totals.
Use of this data: Project managers and technical leader
should look at areas for further investigation to proven
future improvement.
- What was the major defect type?
- Where are these defects originating?
- Why so many issues and action items?
