issued capital means share issued to share callers but not
fully paid.only share called by anyone & company aggre to
issue share it means issued capital.

paidup capital means which amount received against that
share is called paidup share capital.

authorised capital means maximum authority of company to
issue of share capital.
subscribed capital means some part of authorised capital in
which is company issed.

I have an S Corporation called Trend Foods Inc. I would like to make a division of that company that services computers and call that Trend Computer Service.
