IF A PERSON WORK IN HIGH VOLTAGE LINE EVENTHOUGH HE CANN'T
TOUCH THE NEUTAL OR OTHER LINE YOU MAY GET SHOCK BECAUSE
ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION EFFECT ARROUND THE CONDUCTOR.
WHEN YOU COME UNDER INFLUENCE OF MAGNETIC FIELD A POTENTIAL
DIFFERENCE IS CREATED AND YOU MAY GET SHOCK.
