which trsanmission is easy and cost effective AC or DC.

Please! Only AC is the good answer.
If you look from the high-voltage line (kV), it's the AC we
use and is AC 3 phases (shift 120° each other). From math
perspective, we can send much more power by using a
"smal" (let's say 1 inch) cable.
It's easier to transforme AC to DC. From DC to AC, you will
need more sophisticate hardware (like microControler) to
have a beautiful sin signal of AC.
AC is easier to transform to any level of voltage we want.
The DC, there is more lost because the line has a resistant
and bcause the voltage is always stable, well there are
power lost from P=V*V / R. The AC is less than that.

how does the terminal voltage of transmission lines increase when a capacitor is connected???? This happens not only in transmission lines but also in all circuits. How??? When a capacitor is connected in a transmission line, capacitor also takes energy from the same supply. But how is it able to increase the terminal voltage??? Practically What sequence of events happen during increase in voltage???
